Kadu ki sabaji
It's very easy to cook in breakfast and it's taste is good also
Steps

Heat oil in a pan and add methi seeds and saute it

Till it lightly brown than add chopped kadu and saute it well

Add red chilli powder,turmeric powder and salt to taste and mix it well

Than covered pan for 10 - 15 minutes in mideum flames

After completely cook put in bowl and serve it
