1 eachkaiser rolls (or prefered bun or bread)
1/4 cupbleu cheese crumbles
6 ozbeef patty
1/3 cupcarmalized onions and sauted mushrooms

Cook in a hot Cast Iron pan or Flat top

Apply a generous layer of blackening season to one side of the meat and begin cooking with seasoned side down. After flipping the meat add cheese (place metal cover over meat and squirt a small amount of water to melt bleu cheese) top with onions and mushrooms if desired

a sweet spread goes well with the spiciness of the blackening season
