Ingredients

2 largepotatoes peeled, halfed lengthwise, and thinly sliced
3 cupmilk
1 cupcauliflower
1 bunchgreen onion
6 slicebacon
1 cupshredded cheese
1salt and pepper
1sour cream

Steps

In a large saucepan combine potatoes, 2 cups of milk, and 1 teaspoon of salt.

Cover and bring to boil over medium-high heat.

Lower heat to medium-low and add cauliflower and green onions.

Cover and simmer 10-15 mins.

Add 1 cup of milk then puree the soup. Season with salt and pepper.

Top soup with crispy bacon, shredded cheese, and sour cream.
