Add all ingredients to food processor and blitz together

Put in tub, then in fridge over night to harden

Preheat oven to 190'c

Roll into marbke size balls and then flatten out on a baking sheet

Bake for around 10 minutes

Lift off the tray with a pallet knife and place over the back of a small dariol mould

Place another mould gently on top and let cool thus hardening it and giving it a basket shape

Great idea for serving a scoop of ice cream in along with a dessert
