I love lemon cake so much, so l decided to make it for my family this chrismass!!
Steps

Preheat your oven at 180 degree, brush your baking tin with butter and pass flour on it.

Weigh all the ingredients, grate the lemon.

Cream sugar and butter together until it's white and fluffy
- 4
Gradually add in the beaten eggs alternatively with the sieved flour plus baking powder, continue until all is finished.

Add in the milk until you have a dropping constituency,pour on your prepared tin and bake. Bake until is fully baked when you insert in a skwer comes out clear.

Remove from the oven and let it to cool for 5_10 min before removing from the tin,remove and place it on a cooling rack,

Slice it to your desired shape and serve. (if you want to ice the cake,you leave to cool overnight,then do the icing the following day)
