Mash together 3/4 lb. turkey, 2 pieces bread, dash garlic powder, dash pepper, 1/2 tsp. oregano, 1/2 cup onions. Add 1 tbsp. of sauce (below) to soften. With wet hands, form 1.5-inch balls (8-9 total)

In 3 quart pot, add oil, 2/3 cup onions, and 1/4 lb. turkey meat. On medium heat, saute until meat is brown. Drain off excess oil.

Add tomatoes and paste. Add 1 3/4 cup water, 1/2 tsp. oregano, sugar, dash garlic powder, dash pepper. Simmer on medium-low.

Add meatballs. Cook, simmered low, 1.5-2 hours. Add 1/4 cup water after 30 mins. since it evaporates.
