Ingredients

  • 4Tomatoes medium sized
  • 1Carrot grated medium sized
  • 1/2 pcBeetroot grated
  • 2 tspPumpkin grated
  • 1 tbspButter
  • 1Bayleaf chopped
  • 1/2 cupWater
  • as neededCoriander leaves
  • to tasteSalt-
  • 1/4 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1/4 tspBlack pepper powder
  • 2 tspSugar
  • 2 tbspFresh cream
  • 200 gmPANEER cut in small squares for garnishing
  • 1 tspBhuna jeera powder
  • 1 cupBread croutons (toasted or fried) as you wish for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat Butter in a cooker,,add bayleaf and saute it for a minute,then add chopped tomatoes, carrot,, beetroot and pumpkin to it, Add water in to it.

    Give 3-4 whistles.turn off the flame

    After the steam released,open the lid

  4. 4

    Discard the bayleaf.

  5. 5

    Blend it in the mixer and then strain.

  6. 6

    Now take a heavy bottom pan.Heat 1 tsp Butter.

  7. 7

    Now Add the strained puree,let it boil,, Add All the spices and sugar in it.

  8. 8

    If you find your soup is thick then add some water.. lastly add 1 tbsp Cream to it.add bhuna jeera powder to it.

  9. 9

    Mix well.

  10. 10

    Serve it with bread croutons,, Paneer.

  11. 11

    Garnish with fresh coriander leaves, Cream and Paneer.

    It is ready to serve
