6medium potatoes chopped in half
100 mlcooking oil
1 cupwater
1/2ts salt
1/2ts curry powder
1ts garlic cloves
1ts fresh coriander

Boil the potatoes and all the additives until potatoes are almost ready.drain the water.

Heat the oil in a separate pan.When hot add I the potatoes,one by one.

When ready,remove from heat and serve.
