Pan main thoda sa oil daalain..jeera,tej patta,green chillies, tomatoes aur mutter daal kar pakne de.. Tomatoes galne par red chilli powder,cumin powder,dhaniya powder aur haldi daal kar bhoone

2 spoon thik curd daalain.. Masala oil chhodne par gobhi daal kar bhoone..salt add karain..

2 minutes tak pakayain..last main kasoori maithi aur garam masala powder add karain.
