1 cupmatter
3potato (peel, wash, cut)
2onion (finally chopped)
4tomato (finally chopped)
2green chilli (finally chopped)
Coriander leave (finally chopped)
2 spoonmusterd oil
To tastesalt
To tastered chilli powder
1/4 spoonturmeric powder
1/4garam masala
1/4 spooncoriander powder
1/4 spoonkasuri methi

Steps

Cut all veggies and wash it.

Take a one wok add oil, green chilli, onion, now saute it.

Add the tomato and all spices and saute it 5 minutes.

Now add veggies, and cover it make it cook in a low flam.

Take out in a bowl and garnish wit coriander leave.

Now, Ready to eat with chapatti.
