
Braised Red Cabbage with Prunes

Heat oil in a large saucepan then add finely chopped onion and saute until translucent.

Add butter and stir until melted then stir in the mustard seeds until well mixed.

Add vinegar then add cabbage and prunes, stirring to coat in the mix.

Cover and cook on low heat for an hour, stirring frequently to prevent sticking.

Serve with roast pork.
