  • 1 lbcrab meat
  • 1pie crust refrigerator
  • 4 ozgruyeres cheese
  • 3eggs
  • 1 cupwhipping cream
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1/2 tspdry mustard
  • 1/2 tsplemon zest
  • 1/2 pinchmace

Steps

    unfold pie crust in pie dish

  2. 2

    beat egg and whipping cream together in a bowl

  3. 3

    spread cheese on the bottom off pie crust

  4. 4

    add crab meat

  5. 5

    add cheesr

  6. 6

    pour mixture on top

  7. 7

    bake in oven on 350 for 40 minutes
