Steps

Boil potatoes till 70%.peel & prick with fork.sprinkle salt, turmeric & red chilli powder, toss & shallow fry in 2tbsp oil.

Remove them & add 1tbsp oil, add bay leaf, cloves, cardamon,cumin, Onion's, ginger, garlic & cashews....Fry for few min.,allow to cool & make a paste without water.

Heat again oil&1tbsp ghee, add the paste, cook till oil separate,then tomato puree & little water,again cook till oil separates.Then add turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, mix.Lower the flame & add 1/2 cup beaten curd.

Mix, add crushed kasuri methi oner it & adjust the salt.

Add water according to the gravy,when boils cook for 5 min &add potatoes & cook covered till done.Garnish with coriander leaves.
