Pre heat skillet over medium heat

Open two cans of salmon, drain put in bowl.

Add eggs, onions, fish fry seasoning mix/bread crumbs, worcestershire sauce and seasons. Mix together.

Make several patties place four to five patties in skillet. Fry on each side two to three minutes each.

Remove from skillet when browned on each side. Makes 14 to 16 patties.
