in large sauce pan, over medium heat combine sugar and water

stir until sugar is dissolved

add peanuts and continue cooking

stir frequently, mixture will get nice and bubbly(this will take about 10-12 min)

you want the syrup mixture to dissolve until its thick and gooey

start to preheat oven for 300

once the mixture becomes hard to stir, super thick and sticky, its ready for the next step

spread peanuts onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spread them out as best as you can

bake for about 12-15 min, stirring around every 5 min, until peanuts start to look whitish and crystallized-looking

take out of oven an allow to cool before storing
