Ingredients

15 piece
  • For coating
  • 1 tbspyeast
  • 1 tbspbutter
  • 5 tbspsugar
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 2 cupall purpose Flour
  • Lukewarm milk as per requirement for kneading soft dough
  • For filling
  • 2cupBOILED and mashed potatoes
  • 1tbspGinger and garlic paste
  • 1tbspChopped green chillies
  • 1tspChopped curry leave
  • 1tbspChopped coriander leaves
  • 1spoonOil
  • 1tspMustard seeds
  • 1tspTurmeric powder
  • Salt as per Taste

Steps

    For filling-

    Add one spoon oil in pan and fry mustard seeds.

  3. 3

    Now add all ingredients other than Potato and coriander leaves.

    Now add Potato and coriander leaves.

  5. 5

    Cook it for 2 minutes.

  6. 6

    Keep it aside

    For paav-

  8. 8

    Mix one cup warm milk with Sugar, yeast and salt.keep it covered for 15 Minutes.

    Now add Flour and required milk.

  10. 10

    Make soft dough.

  11. 11

    Keep it covered in oil brushed pot for 2-4 hours.

    Now divide dough in 15 equal parts.

  13. 13

    Now fill Potato chutney in it and seal it.

    Keep it in dusted baking dish.

  15. 15

    Cover it with soft semi wet cloth for 15 Minutes in microwave oven.

    Now take it out and preheat over at 180° c for ten minutes.

  17. 17

    Now remove cloth and bake it at same temperature for ten minutes.

  18. 18

    Now brush some butter on it and Cover it with thick kitchen towel for 15 Minutes.

    Now it's ready to serve with garlic chutney and green chilli.
