One of the first recipes that I made for my husband after we first met. It's one of his favorites.

Place 4 boneless pork chops in Pyrex casserole dish.

Cook in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.

Take out and turn over. Heap Sauerkraut on top. Squirt French's mustard back and forth over the top. Squirt Fat Free Italian Dressing a couple of times over that.

Bake for 15 minutes more or until thoroughly cooked depending on size of pork chops (internal temperature 165 degrees)
