Mix all dokhla ingredients if it is thick, then add some water to it.

Leave it for 10 mins.

Boil some water in idli maker.

Check dokhla batter if it thick than add some more water.

Grease idli stand, fill dokhla batter in idli stand.

Steam dokhla till done.

Heat oil in a pan for tampering.

Add mustard seeds and green chilli.

Now add to glass of water, cook till boil.

Add sugar and sesame seeds.

Switch off flame and pour tampering water on idli dokhla.

Leave it for 15 mins.

Serve idli dokhla.
