Heat butter in Kadhai. Add maida. saute until light golden. Switch off gas.

Add milk. Stir continuously. Take care no lumps form. Switch on gas. Stir continuously. Cook until thick sauce on slow flame.

Add black pepper, salt, sugar & oregano. Stir again.

Add cheese spread or cheese powder. Mix well.

Once Sauce thickens switch off gas. Once cooled Store in air tight bottle. Keep it in refrigerator.
