Ingredients

2 cupcooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 cupButter
1/4 cupMilk
1 1/4 cupSugar
1Egg, beaten
1 tspVanilla
1/2 tspnutmeg
1Unbaked Pie Shell

Steps

Preheat oven to 350°F

Boil sweet potatoes in clear water until tender
3

Peel while warm
4

Place in large mixing bowl while warm and mash on low speed
5

Add remaining ingredients and mix
6

Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 350°F u til well set and lightly browned - about 30 - 40 minutes
