Wash and boil cocoyam until soft. bring down and pound using mortar or grind to make a paste.

Wash and boil bitter leaf, open lid when it boils and leave for 2minutes. it helps to remove bitterness. Then sieve out water and allow to cool.

Wash beef with a little salt, then put on fire, add a seasoning cube and salt to taste. Boil for 10minutes

Add water to the beef, add red oil, add cocoyam and boil for 5minutes

Add crayfish, ogiri(native seasoning), add a seasoning cube,add grounded pepper, add the smoked fish, add salt and stir. boil mixture for 3minutes making sure that the cocoyam is all dissolved.

Finally, wash bitter leaf thoroughly, squeeze out the water and add to the soup. stir all mixture and boil for another 3minutes. make sure soup is tasty enough and bring down.
