2 candel Monte sweet peas chilled
1green onion stalk chopped
1/2 cupreal mayo
1salt and pepper to taste
3eggs boiled
1paprika for garnish

boil your eggs and chop them up in small pieces retaining 1 egg for garnish

mix them together and toss in bowl

thinly slice reminding egg and place on top to garnish sprinkle with black pepper and paprika
