Line baking pan with aluminum foil

Set oven to 300°F.

Spread oats,sesame seeds, flax seeds, almonds and brown rice on pan and toast for 8 mins.

Combine toasted ingredients in a bowl. Add wheat germ and bran, dried fruit, sunflower seeds.

In a bowl conbine almond butter, syrup and honey. Stir until smooth.

Stir in cinammon and vanilla.

Mix dry and wet.

Press ingredients in pan.

Sprinkle cacao chips on top.

Refrigerate for 4 hours and tgen cut into squares.
