Ingredients

4to5 servings
  1. 1/2 cupurad dal
  2. 2 cupBombay rava
  3. Salt,
  4. 1/2 tspmethi seeds and jeera
  5. 1/4 cuppoha
  6. 2 tbspchana dal

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak all the urad dal poha,methi and jeera,chana dal 5 hours,then grind all the ingredients,next day morning dry roast rawa and mix well

  2. 2

    Rest for half and hour add salt

  3. 3

    Make pouring constitancy batter and make dosa

  4. 4

    Serve with chutney and potato bhaji
