Multigrain Methi Thepla

First take all flour in one bowl and add salt, Cumin, sesame seeds, red chilli powder, turmeric, ginger garlic, chilli paste, coriander, Fenugreek, coriander cumin powder in it and dry mix it.

Now slowly add water just enough to make soft dough of it. Once dough is formed, pour 1 tsp oil on it and gently brush it all over the dough. Cover it and keep it aside for 15-20 mins.

Make equal size cut from dough And roll roti out of it. If it is difficult to roll directly make it on pan. And start cooking it on low flame.

When roti separates from pan on sides, brush oil (few drops or only if needed) on it and flip it. Cook both sides on medium flame till it gets light golden brown spots on it.

Once thepla is done serve it with curd instead of ketchup or sauces to keep it healthy.
