Ingredients

  1. 1 cansweetened condensed milk (Nestlé or similar, 14 oz/397 g)
  2. 1 canevaporated milk (12 oz/354 ml)
  3. 5eggs
  4. Vanilla extract
  5. Cajeta (Mexican caramel sauce, any brand)

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend all the ingredients together.

    Grease your mold or flan pan with cajeta.

    Pour the blended mixture into the mold and cover it with aluminum foil.

    Bake in a water bath in the oven at 250°F (120°C) for 1 hour.
