  5. 1 tspamchur powder
  6. 1 tspchat masala
  7. 1 tspgaram masala
  8. 1 tspZeera
  9. 1 tspMustard seeds
  10. 1 tspsaunf
  11. handfulCorianderleaves
  12. 2green chilli chopped
  13. For dough
  14. 1 cupmaida
  15. as requiredSalt
  16. 2 tspoil
  17. Oil for frying

Steps

    Take a pan heat oil

    Add zeera, mustard seeds

    Add green chillies

  4. 4

    Now add add chopped potato and peas

    Sprinkle salt

    Cover it for 2 mins

    Add all the masala and saunf

  8. 8

    Mix well

  9. 9

    Add coriander leaves

    Take a bowl Put maida salt and oil Make a dough with the help of water

    Take one ball of dough roll like chapati

    And cut it in two parts

    Take one side fold it like samosa

  17. 17

    Put stuffing in the triangle roti

  18. 18

    Seal it with the water

  19. 19

    Heat oil fry the samosas till brown

  20. 20

    Serve with tomato sauce or green chutney.
