Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix bread crumbs and 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese together.

For the filling: remove stems from mushrooms and minced the good parts of the removed stems with the crumbles. Mix in thyme, oregano, garlic, and sourcream into the crumble mixture.

Fill the mushroom caps with the crumble mixture. Place the caps on a foil covered baking pan.

For the topping: mix remaining crumbs w/remaining cheese and sprinkle on top of the filling, dot w/butter and splashes of evoo.

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
