Crack the eggs and add salt to it then set aside

Dice onions, pepper, tomatoes and green bell pepper and set aside

Whisk the egg till it formy then set aside

Add veg oil in a hot dry pan.then add onion, tomatoes and fresh pepper then fry for another 4 to 5 minutes, add green bell pepper stir

Pour in the egg and fry till is formed. scrambled everything till its cooked then serve with boiled yam
