2 tbsporange juice(freshly squeezed)
4drum sticks
2 tbspWorcestershire sauce
2 bunchparsley
1 tbspsesame seeds

Preheat oven 190C, gas mark 5, low charcoal flame

Mix honey, mustard,orange juice and worcestershire sauce in a glass bowl

Coat the chicken with the mixture

Put the chicken on a baking tray and place in oven for 30min or until cooked through

Serve with green salad and roast potatoes

Open the grill, brush the grill with oil. Turn often

Garnish with parsley and sesame seeds
