Papaya Muffins

I love papaya fruit because its very nutritious. I always eat the fruit itself but today I tried baking a muffin cake out of it. It's very healthy, it contains Vitamins C and Vitamin A. It is very low in calories and contains no cholesterol. It also helps reduce constipation problems.

I love papaya fruit because its very nutritious. I always eat the fruit itself but today I tried baking a muffin cake out of it. It's very healthy, it contains Vitamins C and Vitamin A. It is very low in calories and contains no cholesterol. It also helps reduce constipation problems.
Steps

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and Blend the papaya fruit and put aside.

Mix the liquid cooking oil with sugar.

Add eggs, cinnamon and milk then mix

Add the vanilla essence and mix again

Add the blended papaya fruit and mix

Add the flour mixed with baking powder then use a hand mixer to mix till you get a fluffy batter

Prepare the baking tins. For me I used both the sufuria and the baking tin.

Pour the batter in the baking tin.

Put in the oven and bake for 20-25 mins
