Boil Aaloo... Let it cool and mash it. Add salt... Red chilli powder... Green chillies... Dhaniya patta.

In pan add 1 tbl spoon oil and add rai.. Jeera... garlic(optional) and curry patta for tadka... Add the aaloo mixture and mix nicely. Switch off the stove and made round Vadas for frying in besan.

To make besan batter- add water to make a liquid consistency. Add salt red chilli powder and haldi to it.Mix it well. Dip all the Vadas 1 by 1 and fry it on medium flame. Vadas r ready.

In a pan add oil / ghee / butter to the pan and put sum vada pav masala powder in it. Fry the pau which has to b cutted into 2 and turn the pau to fry on other side too. Place the vada in the pau and serve the Vadapau in a plate vth Green Chutney / Khatti Mithi Red Chutney / Garlic Chutney
