First mix semolina curd and oil with little water and add green chilli Ginger paste

Make a batter like idli batter then add salt and sugar left it for half an hour

Then mix it well and add one packet Eno and grease the idli mould pour the batter in a mould after

That Inlow flame we steam it for 15 mints

For temparing heat some oil then mustard seed and curry leaves greenchilly

Pour the temper in dhokla and garnish with coriander leaves

Serve with green chutney
