Take a pan add butter then add Bay leaves, cinnamon stick, cloves saute then add garlic saute then add onion fry for 1min.

Add carrot fry for 5min then add tomato fry till it soft.

Turn off the flame then keep it aside to cool.

Make fine paste of it then strain it.

In the same pan add creamy mixture add 1/4cup water then add black pepper powder, salt, sugar cook for 2min.

Add cream cook for 5min then turn off the flame.

Tomato carrot soup is ready to serve serve it by garnish of coriander leaves.
