Ingredients

  • 1 cupfinely chopped carrots,mushroom, spring onions, paneercabbage
  • 1 & 1/2cup sweet corn
  • 1 tspcornflour
  • To tasteSalt, pepper
  • 1 clovegarlic if you want
  • 1 inchginger finely chopped
  • 1green chilli if you want
  • 1/2 tspbutter
  • 1/4 cupmilk

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan add butter saute garlic &ginger

  2. 2

    Then add 1cup sweet corn &all veggies &shuffle them

  3. 3

    Half cup of sweet corn grind them

  4. 4

    Take Big utensil add grinded corn 1/4cup of milk & 1lt water

  5. 5

    Give them 2boil on medium flame

  6. 6

    Add all veggies mix them

  7. 7

    Give 1boil &add salt and pepper to taste

  8. 8

    Before serving add paneer & little bit of coriander leaves..
