Sweet Corn Veg Soup an easy Indo-Chinese soup which is loved by all can be prepared so easily at home within 15 mins. The beauty of the soup is it needs only limited ingredients and tastes awesome. You can add any veggies of your choice

Heat a bowl and add butter. Once butter melts add spring onion, carrot, beans, sweet corn and saute well on high flame. Then add 3 cups of water and bring to boil.

Let the vegetables get cooked. Now add salt, sugar and pepper powder.

Mix cornflour with little water and mix well without any lumps. Now add this slurry to boiling water. Cook for few mins and the soup starts to thicken. At this stage add coarsely crushed corn to the soup and boil for a min. Garnish with spring onion greens. Sweet Corn Veg Soup is ready.
