Peel tomatillos

Wash them

Put in pan with water. covering the tomatillos 3/4

Add chilies,and garlic

Put on stove bring to a boil. just till the tomatillos start changing color

Put in blender with a1/2cup of the water from pan

Add 1tsp of sat

Blend till you see no big chunks of tomatillos

Let cool. enjoy on tacos, meats or what ever you whant

Very good on fried eggs
