Ingredients

  1. 2boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite sized pieces
  2. 1/3 cupitalian dressing
  3. 3 1/2 cupuncooked penne rigate
  4. 2 clovegarlic, minced
  5. 1 cantomato diced in basil, garlic and oregano
  6. 1/4 cupcream
  7. 2 tbspbutter, softened
  8. 1/2 cupparmiggiano reggiano, freshly grated

Cooking Instructions

    pour italian dressing over chicken and marinate at least 30minutes

    preheat oven to 350

  3. 3

    cook pasta according to package

  4. 4

    cook marinated chicken: in a pan, on the grill, in the oven (whatever way you want)

  5. 5

    mix the garlic with the tomatoes along with the sauce from can

  6. 6

    after draining the pasta, mix in butter and cream with pasta. when butter melts, add in cheese. (you can skip this step and use alfredo sauce instead)

  7. 7

    in a baking dish, place pasta, then tomatoes with sauce, and then chicken

  8. 8

    optional: top with more cheese (whatever kind you like)

  9. 9

    bake in oven for 15-30minutes
