
Seafood stuffed shells with alfredo

Preheat oven to 350°

Boil shells al dente drain and set aside to cool

Combine cooked shrimp, scallops crab, ricotta, grated parm and seasonings for filling and set aside.

In saucepan combine jarred or homemade alfredo and condensed can of clam chowder. Simmer and season to taste. If too thick add a little milk.

Stuff shells with heaping tablespoons for each shell

Place shells in 9x13 baking dish, top shells with sauce cover with foil and bake for approx 30 min.

Top with remaining mozzarella and shredded parm and broil until cheese is slightly browned
