Chop onion, and garlic

Dice chicken breast and ham and slice sausages and put aside

Grate Red chedder cheese and put aside

Warm a skillet and place the 2tbs oil and garlic until oil starts to sizzle and then add onion.

Leave onions to cook for 2mins and add chicken, while cooking add 10 ml vodka to skillet.

Boil water for pasta.

When chicken is nearly cooked, add ham, sausages, salt and pepper and cook for another 2mins then add chicken stock and bring to a medium heat and cover.

Preheat oven at 200°C

Take skillet off from heat and allow to simmer while pasta is cooked.

When pasta is ready,, drain pasta and leave in sieve.

Put aside 150 grams of chedder cheese and parmesan cheese.

In the pasta pot, mix the pasta, chicken mix from skillet, 250 grams of chedder cheese, 250 grams of parmesan cheese, 560 grams of sour cream.

Place mix into a square dish and season top with remaining chedder cheese and parmesan cheese and place in oven for 7 mins or until golden.

When appearance is satisfactory, take out of oven and serve.
