Ingredients

  1. fish satai
  2. 2 cupminced fish ( tuna,mackarel or red snapper filet)
  3. 1 cupcrushed coconut
  4. 3 clovegarlic
  5. 3 clovered onion
  6. 1/2 cupcoconut milk
  7. 3kafir lime leaf
  8. 1 smalllemongrass (minced)
  9. 1 smallred chili pepper
  10. 1 tspbrown sugar
  11. 1 tspsalt
  12. 1 tspblackpepper
  13. 1 tbspolive oil
  14. salsa sauce
  15. 1/2 cuponion
  16. 1/2 cupred paprika
  17. 1/2 cupyellow paprika
  18. 2/3 cuptomato
  19. 1/2 cupcoriander leaf
  20. 1/4 cuplemon juice
  21. 2 tspolive oil
  22. 1 pinchsalt
  23. 1 pinchblackpepper
  24. 1 pinchsugar

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    make like puree : red onion, garlic, red chili pepper. prepare pan fried,add 1 tsp olive oil. saute the puree until the smell is good.

    prepare 1 big nowl. Add minced fish,spice puree,salt,brown sugar,blackpepper,coconut crushed,coconut milk,keffir lime leaf (chopped), chopped lemongrass and olive oil. mix it.

    prepare the bamboo skewer,use for about 10 skewer. soak them in the cold water for 5 minutes.

    wrap the fish dough into the bamboo skewer. one by one.

    for salsa sauce : minced all the ingredient,add lemon juice,sugar,salt,blackpepper,olive oil,mix it. p

    served the fish satai with salsa sauce. enjoy :)
