  • 2 lbSalmon
  • 2Whole Cucumber
  • 2 tbspChives
  • 6Medjool Dates
  • 1/3 cupCrushed Walnuts
  • 1Salt / Pepper
  • 2 tbspLemon Juice
  • 6 tbspEVOO
  • 3/4 cupFennel

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat grill to medium heat

  2. 2

    Spread EVOO on grill and salmon

  3. 3

    Season salmon with salt and pepper

  4. 4

    Grill salmon 2-3 minutes on each side

  5. 5

    Put salmon on top of salad and sprinkle with a little EVOO
