Ingredients

First part
2/3 cupevaporated milk
1 2/3 cupsugar
2 tbspButter
1/2 tspsalt
Second part
2 cupmini marshmallows
12 ozsemi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tspvanilla
optional
2 cupchopped nuts

Steps

Add all of the first part ingredients to a pot and heat to boiling.

Once boiling, cook for 5 minutes stirring constantly.

Remove from heat.

Immediately stir in second part ingredients, and continue stirring until all marshmallows and chocolate chips have melted and is a smooth consistency.

Add optional nuts and stir until mixed throughout.

Pour mixture into a 9x9 cake pan and cool in the refrigerator.

Once cool, slice and serve.
