Steps

Take a pan add ghee then add aata fry till it golden brown.

Add cardamom powder and nutmeg grated.

Add 1/2cup water mix it well then turn off the flame.

Add gur mix it well.

Take a plate Grease it with ghee then put the mixture and spread it then sprinkle almond and press it, keep it aside for 10min to set.

After 10min cut it into small pieces.

Gur papdi is ready to serve serve it by garnish of dry fruits.
