Ingredients

  • 5Potato big size
  • 5 spoonBesan
  • 2 spooncorn flour
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 spoonChat masla
  • as needed Oil.for deep fry
  • 1 pinchOrange food colour (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel, wash and Cut potato in thick strips.

  2. 2

    Make a batter with besan, corn flour, salt, Red chilli powder, food colour and make thick batter.

  3. 3

    Dip potato strips in batter and deep fry on high flame.

  4. 4

    Sprinkle chat masale and serve with tomato sauce.
