Pineapple Sheera Recipe

Dry roast semolina until it starts to smell aromat. Transfer to a plate, allow to cool down.

Meanwhile, add ghee and roast Nuts, once it's done remove in a plate and set aside.

Saute pineapple chunks for 2 to 3 minutes in same pan, once done, add 3 cups of water and get to boil.

Keep the flame on low and slowly add suji little by little and keep on stirring continuously, make sure there are no lumps forming.

Now add Jaggery and give a good stir.

Now add cardamom powder and nuts.

Add saffron milk and give a stir.

Cover and cook until it's thick enough.

Served hot, garnish with some more nuts.
