  2. 1 tbsptandoori masala
  3. 1 tspgaram masala
  4. 1 tspred chilli powder
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 2-3 tbspbessan
  7. 1 tspchaat masala
  8. Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Paneer ke lambe lambe cuts kar le ge.

  2. 2

    Ab paneer par tandoori masala acche se laga kar 1/2 hour ko marinate hone rakh de ge.

  3. 3

    Ab usme baki ke ingredients daal kar mix Karein ge.or tora tora pani daal kar paste sa bana le ge.

  4. 4

    Gram oil mein daal kar fry kar le ge.
