Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 tbspwolfberry
  • 1 dashblack pepper
  • 1 tbspmarmite or oyster sauce or abalone sauce
  • 1 cupchinese brocoli or kailan or any vegetable
  • garnish optional
  • 1mix soy flavour seaseed (otona no furikake)
  • congee 1:7
  • 1 cuprice
  • 7 cupwater

Steps

    CONGEE

  2. 2

    Bring water and rice to a boil then simmer till congee are soft

  3. 3

    VEGETABLE AND CONGEE

  4. 4

    put congee in pan with kailan bring it to a boil then lower heat let simmer for 2 minute stir gently

  5. 5

    add abalone sauce or chicken stock and black pepper and wolfberry simmer for anther one minute

  6. 6

    serve top garnish optional
