Brown the mince in a little oil. Remove from the pan.

Sauté the vegetables in a little more oil until soft. Return the meat to the pan.

Add the Worcestershire Sauce, thyme and tomato puree.

Pour over the hot stock. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, mash the potatoes with the horseradish, butter and warm milk.

Spread the meat mixture in a baking dish, top with mashed potato and bake at 200C for 25 minutes.
