I put this together on one of those Sundays, when I woke up too late for breakfast and too early for lunch. A protien and veggie goodness packed Brunch!
Fried brown rice with tofu
I put this together on one of those Sundays, when I woke up too late for breakfast and too early for lunch. A protien and veggie goodness packed Brunch!
Steps

In a deep frying pan add 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil or regular cooking oil. Once the oil is hot add the ginger and garlic and fry till garlic is slightly brown and burnt.

Add the chopped capsicum and fry till the skin starts to wrinkle. Add the tofu and boiled veggies and saute till they are glazed and slightly brown.

Add salt, pepper, paprika, herbs, green chilli sauce and red chilli paste and saute for 3 minutes.

Add the cooked rice and saute on high flame for 2 minutes to get it smokey. EAT IT WHILE IT'S HOT!
